Picture Living expands UK portfolio with £75m investment in new homes

News

Picture Living continued to grow throughout 2025/26, investing in high-quality, professionally managed single-family rental homes across the UK.

During the year, we committed to six new developments, representing more than £75 million of investment and supporting the future delivery of 294 new build homes. These investments form part of our long-term commitment to increasing the supply of quality rental housing in locations where people want to live and work.

Building on this momentum, since April 2025 Picture Living has seen the handover of 117 single family homes across nine developments, which will ultimately provide 475 homes for residents. These additions bring the Picture Living portfolio to 68 schemes and approximately 2,100 homes nationwide.

Beyond the numbers, each development has been selected in locations that matter most to residents, with strong access to local amenities, transport links, and employment opportunities, while providing high-quality homes at affordable rents.

Alongside portfolio growth, Picture Living continued to deliver strong operational performance, with resident satisfaction averaging 4.3 out of 5 and rental growth remaining ahead of target. These results demonstrate the ongoing demand for high-quality, professionally managed single-family homes.

This progress would not be possible without the support of our housebuilder and delivery partners. We thank them for their continued collaboration in helping bring much-needed homes to communities across the UK.
